Citi Consumer & Retail New York

Hopefully the title says it all - can anyone shed some light on this team (quality, deal flow etc.) I know it's not as talked about as their M&A, industrials or communications teams, but how does it stack up internally and against peers externally?

Thanks in advance for any insight provided

Cool thanks, that's as I had imagined regarding external comparisons.

But not being as good as the top teams doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad team - is it fair to say it's a decent team or are we approaching more negative terroritory.

I know internally it's not the best team either - which would be one of M&A, comms, industrials and energy - but are they still well regarded...I know they used to be a while ago (talking like 5+ years back).
