Not sure what’s up with Citi healthcare but after being a mid tier group in HC, they’ve advised on the 3 largest deals in the industry in 2025.
Buy-side for Johnson and Johnson x Intracellular: $15B
Buy-side for Merck x Verona:$10B
Sell - side for Waters x BD:$17.5B
Curious if anyone has any insight or if this is a bit of luck so far into the year.
