Club leadership positions for sophomore year
I don't have any leadership positions in the business clubs that I'm involved in at my university, only in a cultural organization at my school. I also feel a bit bad because I didn't know applying for these positions your freshman spring was crucial, and it might be too late since IB recruitment occurs in the winter. That's around when I'll be able to apply for leadership positions for my sophomore year.
I'm wondering how much these positions matter during recruitment and how many leadership positions is considered decent going into recruitment season. Thanks.
