Coast to coast

Hey everyone,

I am currently an undergrad at a top school on the west coast and was wondering how common it is to work in SF/LA as a SA and then recruit FT in NY. Is it easy to transfer within your bank or do you usually have to recruit for a another one?

Thanks.
