Curious to hear opinions of those already working full-time in the industry. Does the workload get heavier or lighter during the holiday season(say, dec 12 - jan 8th, excluding christmas/NY)? I know bonuses are paid out around this time too. Do a lot of people go on vacation during this period, and if so is it typically before/after Christmas?
Basically what I'm trying to get at is, whats the likelihood of you agreeing to a coffee chat within the period mentioned above? Is there a span of dates that I should avoid proposing?
