I have been accepted to both and have analyzed the difference between large university and small liberal arts school. What i dont know is how employers view the two schools? Please assist asap. Thanks

NESCAC does very well in the Boston area, not sure about other places.
UVA by a long shot.
I'm consistently impressed by the number of Colgate grads I meet in NYC IB, but yea, UVA hands down

Both schools have a solid presence. (Remember Colgate is a lot smaller than UVa.)
I would go with whichever school you feel you'd graduate from most accomplished. UVa and Colgate are very different schools, almost the opposite of each other in a lot of categories. One's a pretty southern state school and the other's a more close knit New England LAC. Different types of people have better potential at succeeding at one vs. the other, which matters a lot more career wise than just the 'prestige' or OCR of the school itself.
