College Decision for IB

Hello. I’m an upcoming college freshman and am currently deciding between two schools, aiming to go into investment banking. My options are either the university of Pittsburgh honors program tuition free or George Washington University with a 60k a year scholarship. I know Pitt is probably a non-target for IB, but GW might be a semi? Please share your thoughts!
