Compensation difference for 1st, 2nd, 3rd year analysts
Can anyone tell me what the difference is in compensation for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year analysts? I've heard that the salary increase is $10K per year. Is that true? And what is the difference in bonuses each year?
150-170-190
All in for 1 -2 - 3 yr. in current mkt. conditions.
