Bank debt is too vague a term for us to help you.
Do you mean senior secured credit facilities and term loan As only? Or do you mean term loan Bs? Or do you also want to know typical covenant structure for bonds? And there is also a large difference in covenant packages for IG bonds vs HY bonds.
