Conversion Rates Off-Cycle’s BB 2024/2025 - Any insights?
Hi all,
incoming off cycle intern at IBD at BB (e.g. GS, MS, JP) in EMEA. Heard from friends that chances to get a return offer is significantly lower for off cycles compared to SA. Does anyone have insights? Or even numbers? Would appreciate any disclosure on conversion rates for named houses!
Tbh was not aware of the difference in conversion. I could have easily start my internship earlier due to availability. Lol do I have to continue recruiting?
