Recruitment at Cornell doesn’t happen by major like it does at NYU or UMich. Recruitment will be the same across all majors. Dyson kids just do a little better because of the quality of students. If you’re a Dyson level student in hotel or ILR, you’ll get the same jobs.

Coming from Cornell - Honestly it doesn't really matter and I echo the person above me. The caveat is that Hotel has a very specific curriculum that overlaps the finance and accounting taught in business schools - In ILR, you have to seek it out yourself and the core curriculum is so incredibly flexible (pick and choose classes after 3 semesters practically)
