Corp Dev Roles out of College
I was wondering which companies have corp Dev roles available for college grads out of college? Do any of them seem to have IB type exits (into PE/GE, startups)?

I’s think you’ll see two ends of the spectrum:
Overall, corpdev is a small world, not like IB, and is not a good world to train graduates (everyone too senior / too busy). In my team we wouldn’t even hire at the senior analyst or junior associate level.
If you want to go to IB, just go to IB. If you do one of the above, unless you’re luck and get solid deal experience, you’ll need a red hot market to lateral into IB and will likely take a step down on level. Or have to wait until MBA
