I'm an incoming intern and was curious as to how prevalent opportunities in Corp Dev/Corp Strat are as exit opps. I know they generally aren't as common as traditional PE opps, but given that I know nothing as I haven't even hit the desk as an intern I was hoping to gain some insight on whether this will be an opportunity in the future should I want to pursue it.
