Corporate Banking Associate Comp
Interested in recruiting for Corporate Banking and have been seeing a few CB discussions lately. Was curious if some would be willing to share the general comp range (base and bonus) for CB Associates, especially at a BB in the US, since I would view CB as a longer term career play vs other finance gigs. I know that the analyst comp is fairly public, but wanted to know how comp trends past the analyst years
WF Associate is $125k base with ~40% bonus.
Is that for NY or Charlotte? That sounds pretty low for NY if that's true (more like commercial banking salary).
