Corporate Banking to Corp Dev/Consulting?

Currently in the process of SA recruiting for Corporate Banking at a BB. I know that Corporate Banking has fewer exit opps than IB, but what are some possible options? It seems that staying in Corporate Banking long-term is a popular route given the high Comp/WLB ratio. Personally, a lot of the buy-side exit opps from IB aren't too interesting for my personal goals, but what about other options? Specifically, are Corporate Development/Strategy and Consulting (either Restructuring or Management) possible?
