Making the decision on purely prestige really shouldn't be a deciding factor here considering the geographic locations and job experiences are very different... it would be like asking someone if you should be an accountant at X firm in Florida or an engineer in Massachusetts.
If you want to live in NY in the future, take the SMBC position. If you want to live in HK and do S&T, take the CS position. If you want to live in HK and do IB, take the Mizuho position. Pretty clear cut IMO.
