the location is insane. doesn’t get better than being directly in front of central park.

There's a Venchi on the other side of Columbus Circle if you want Ice Cream -- got a pretty nice rewards program if you go a lot.
DB has some of the worst perks across the street - still a $25 dinner stipend, UBER rides until 9pm, small discount at Equinox (in the mall), no free food / snacks, free coffee on each floor. Nothing else worth noting
The only great “perk” is the beautiful office with a nice terrace facing Central Park
