DB SA lateral

I am a current SA at DB in a group that has had solid recent exit ops (EBs, MM PE, HF) and go to a target with a solid GPA ... not necessarily worried about layoffs given the activity of the group I’m in but just wondering if anyone had any thoughts or experience on a lateral move to FT at another BB or if it even sounds feasible
