Dealing with insomnia in IB?
Just finished an 18 hour workday. Cranked nonstop from 10am-4am but still awake / struggling to fall asleep. Anyone else have days like this and have any advice on dealing with general insomnia while working in IB? Thank you
Try to take a break from social media apps in general when you're winding down. Find something that helps put you to sleep - I tried sound playlists on a speaker (waves, raindrops, etc.), along with having a tv sitcom in the background and like both of those and puts me right to sleep.
No more coffee after 2pm
No phone in bed
