Dealing with lack of sunlight
I personally love being outside… And feel pretty depressed after being stuck inside during rough work weeks.
Days like today in NYC make me rethink working this job, but I generally don’t mind it. Went for a short walk and the sun just felt soooooo good.
How do you get outside?
I live in a sunny area and relate. I take 10,000 IU of vitamin D daily. Also try and get outside for a walk if in office. When WFH I try and take calls I won’t need to drive on outside
Might not be a fix all but I would recommend supplementing vitamin D. I never needed it growing up in Florida but it has been helpful especially during the winter months in NY
