Debating offers from UBS Tech (NY / SF) and Barclays Menlo Park
I received offers from Barclys Menlo park and UBS Tech which can be either NY or SF based. Does anyone have any sense on deal flow, culture and exit ops for each?

Career Resources
None of these options are great, keep recruiting. For UBS the Tech team important MDs are mostly based out of SF, and they are actively trying to push juniors to SF because of the imblance and have signaled they will rif many NY juniors. From what I've seen here looks like they are likely struggling, having little traction on the M&A front, toxic culture and everyone is more worried about their political standing and surviing the next round of rifs.
Are you retarded? Both objectively good offers in this market
Do not go to SF.
