Hi all,
I have some debt advisory interviews coming up with EBs, and was just wondering what I should expect in terms of questions (aside from the usual fit / motivation questions), specifically in terms of technical? Is it mainly going to be focussed on LBOs or is there anything else I should be preparing for?
Any thoughts or comments welcome.
