DEI Strikes again — Nico Harrison / NBA edition

4-5 Years after the great DEI push of 2020, we saw ESPN and specifically Stephen A Smith / Mark Cuban (Publicly on twitter arguing importance if DEI with Bill Ackman and Elon Musk) advocating for more African Americans coaches executives in the league.

You see first hand, instead of hiring a seasoned GM like Daryl Morey, Cuban hired a buffoon from Nike (screwed up Steph Curry deal) to be GM for the Dallas Mavericks.

Because he hired for DEI instead of experience you’re now seeing the bi-product of the worst trade in NBA history following Luka Doncic to Lakers.

Thoughts?

That’s not DEI dimwit. It’s DEI when Cuban decides his team will be 50% female no matter and starts filling those spots with midget yt women. Sights that ticket sales went up because having yt midget women in the team helped to attract more PoC to the arena.

Funniest

it must be so tiring for you idiots to squint and find DEI in everything
