Basically every good rx firm is 90+ hours. Fwiw my Evercore contacts when I networked always schedule calls at 9:45PM I heard pjt rssg is worse
what i heard from evr, hl, and pjt bankers in my calls was that facetime culture was very low. All my calls were scheduled at normal hours lol.
Mine doesn’t care if you work from home every once in a while, I come in at around 10 often (8am calls suck), but I’m also expected to be awake until like 1-2am as the norm. You work till the job is done
Realistically, 9am -10pm.
