Honestly depends on what you want to do long-term. BLK is meh in general, unless it’s their fundamental equities group. I’d personally go with BLK, but that’s coming from someone who’s at a ”better” BB than DB + interested in public investing
Thank you for the advice. And in terms of compensation / exits / WLB, is there a major difference? I’m sure the exits are different but I’m trying to weigh both of them.
