I’d personally would take the corporate banking position. I work in corporate banking and believe fresh out of college it’s a better position as you interest with different divisions of the bank. I’ve had coworkers realize they want to switch to IB and since we interact with that team they’ve been able to network over to IB. My hours aren’t bad, I’d say 50-70 depending upon deal flow. Never have any work on weekend. Each bank/group is different though. Lastly, the pay difference from what you indicated could be 50K difference. Pay isn’t everything fresh out of college, but that’s pretty significant, especially for a MCOL area.

What credit fund is it? Because that does play a factor, but that pay seems low in my opinion.

Thanks for the insight. It’s with Prudential Private Capital, not 100% sure what their pay FT is (since this is for internships) but based on what I saw online it was around 90k
