So for the virtual program, I heard the first 2 weeks will be training for all interns globally, starting July 6th.
Does anyone have an idea of what kind of training it is? Is there anything I should know/work on before the training starts?

intern at bofA. I would guess intro to the bank and lines of business then financial prep with accounting, debt and comp analysis and modeling. maybe have a few senior speakers as well. in GCIB so doing training with the other IBK interns who are doing the same. slightly different for s&t

Put in 30 hours week 1 with the bank rundown stuff and then technicals paired with two outside projects we’re putting in 50+ with a “cap” at 60 and no work on the weekends
Where did you hear that it was 2 weeks training?
Did nobody update you? It's been known for about a week or two now.
Heard from HR it's most likely gonna be vendor-hosted training, so probably basic accounting/excel/ppt/markets
on another note, pretty weird how we only have 2 weeks of actual "work"...not sure how they gonna judge us on 2 weeks of "on the job performance"
