Starting today, the meal stipend at my bank is $45 for dinner (starting 6:30 pm Mon-Fri). Two meals on weekends ($40 lunch / $45 dinner). Only in the office. Only through Seamless.
It was $35, either in the office or wfh. Now $0 if you are wfh.

Was 30 dollars in 2016 at my bank. Really looks like an inflation bump. Food is up 1.5x
Makes sense. I thought it was more of a tactic to keep people working late. But $35 doesn't make sense anymore. I hope other banks adjust as well.

Stifel is $50 in office (after 7 pm) and at home (after 6 pm).
$50 sounds like it would cover both lunch and dinner…

Honestly, you can probably get away with it. The problem I found though was not that I couldn't get lunch and dinner, but that there was a limited amount of places I could get enough food for 2 meals under $50

Wait how is this not terrible? You literally don't have the stipend for WFH anymore that's awful. I rather have the lower old amount or hell even 25 or 30 per usual WFH ordering
Totally. It sucks not to be able to order at home anymore. We are doing a hybrid model (6 days/month wfh), and we can only use seamless when in the office. The bank is Mizuho.

My bank has no limit set, it’s just get whatever your dinner is, obviously if I spend $100 a day for dinner they might ask me what’s up.
