My friend who is relatively young (under 25) is trying to tell me that he is the district president of the Morgan Stanley NY office. I don't think I believe him. How many district presidents are there at Morgan Stanley? His name is Raffi Kahn...does that name ring a bell to anyone at MS?...thanks

He's a pathological liar.
Call Morgan Stanley's general number in NY and ask for him.
That position doesn't exist. I can't even believe he tried to pass that off. Get new friends.
i dont see this guy as an employee of that firm. lets just say i have a very comprehensive and credible source.
How very sly. Might you be the district president?
You or a close friend must have access to the staff directory.
district president of what? maybe if he has some hotshot connections and really rich friends he could be district president of some of their PCS offices, but i doubt it. Ask for a card and see what it says on it. Make sure to compare to a legit MS card.
