My friend who is relatively young (under 25) is trying to tell me that he is the district president of the Morgan Stanley NY office. I don't think I believe him. How many district presidents are there at Morgan Stanley? His name is Raffi Kahn...does that name ring a bell to anyone at MS?...thanks

district president of what? maybe if he has some hotshot connections and really rich friends he could be district president of some of their PCS offices, but i doubt it. Ask for a card and see what it says on it. Make sure to compare to a legit MS card.
