Got offer for SA 2024. I was given hourly rate for 40 hour weeks and 1.5x for overtime. Do I actually do this? Is my base just gonna be crazy bc im guessing weeks r going to be far above 40. I always thought it was just straight base salary so the hourly ended up working out to like $30ish an hour.
