do I have a chance s&t or ib

Okay so same situation took a college offer because a full ride everything paid for no alumni from the uni is in ib or s&t, very non-target 96% acceptance rate, was seeing do I still have a chance getting into ib or s&t if I network hard, keep a 3.7+ gpa, study technicals and get some finance internships my freshman year, do I still stand a chance of getting into s&t or ib?

The odds are obviously greatly stacked against you. At the end of the day, when you make the decision to take the full-ride at a place that is perceived as less prestigious/worse than somewhere else, you choose the lower cost of going to college in lieu of a lot of potential career/life options. That isn't to say that it's impossible, but it would probably be easier to transfer to a better school than to recruit for a top IB role from your position.
