Do most junior's parents at your bank make a lot of money?
I know kids from elite schools tend to come from privileged backgrounds, but I'd say on average in my group, mom/dad combined are clearing $1mn+/year easily. Several kids with public co executive management parents, successful lawyers/doctors, etc.
