Does anyone feel like this is too much?

Analyst here at a BB in a very busy coverage group

Recently just been feeling mentally exhausted and all around angry at life. The number of times an associate will blow me up (knowing I'm already jammed on other files), the number of times I'll hear VPs refer to us as resources or schedule meetings on weekends with absolutely no awareness of our time, the number of times VPs will email at 7am and get pissed when you have no response till 10am (despite knowing you were there till 5am). It's all such nonsense.

I knew what I was getting into but just never thought it would be this hurtful. I just feel like so run down to the point where I get in every day, just get to my emails and start processing. 14-20 hours later I get home and pass out and repeat. Our group also doesn't sit down for dinners or get beers together because everyone is so sick of banking and just works till they can leave. The only escape I have is Friday nights b/c it's the one night we get bottles and pretend our weekends aren't blown up. Weekend policy does not get followed.

I know it's only a 2 year commitment but it seems tough to even imagine another month of this. Does anyone have any tips or hope for how to get through it?
