Does Credit Suisse offer Fidelity BrokerageLink for its 401k?

Question to current CS employees:

I know CS uses Fidelity as its provider for its 401k retirement plan - I was wondering if they also offer the Fidelity BrokerageLink feature (basically allows you to trade the 401k like a brokerage account, with access to all stocks / options etc)

Also on a side note, I know that CS is relatively lenient when it comes to pre-clearance for trades - was wondering if any of you working at CS trade stocks on the side, whether for long term hold or speculation purposes (despite the 30 day min hold restriction)
