If I'm currently a full-time analyst with less than one year of full-time experience and I apply for a role that requires "1 -2 years of experience", would the internships that I've completed during college count towards that "1-2 years of experience" requirement or is that requirement solely referring to 1-2 years of full-time work experience (after graduating from university)?
