Does it Get Easier in Your 2nd Year?
For those who have done their 2nd year in IB, does it really get easier from an hours perspective / workload intensity?
Have heard conflicting stories...
Def not the case for me, more live staffings and bake-offs
Will caveat the job is easier and you’re much more efficient, but I feel like I generally have more to do / much more responsibility
You should get way better at the job after a year, which led to me getting more work, a lot of which was more stimulating than my monkey tasks as an An1. But you'll be way more efficient and generally less stressed out about every little workstream given to you.
