Does Lateral Recruiting in IB Still Blow Major Dong?
I'm at a small shop so wondering what people at MM and above firms are seeing internally. Still more bodies than work and 50-60 hour weeks? Anyone ramping up and starting to need more bodies? Talking about bringing on new team members? Getting frustrating seeing nearly no openings in IBD at the Associate level.
