Doing a DCF for a private design firm w/o all the relevant financials. Any suggestions?

Hey guys,

So my VP is having me do a DCF for this design firm we're advising on a sell-side acquisition, but they provided us with limited financials and haven't gotten back to my requests for more info. I'm assuming I should just look at comparable companies within the space and take the mean of their financials. My question is, how do I find this information? I've tried searching on capiq, but can't find any design firms with relevant financial info. Additionally, I can't find any design firms that are public thus no 10-k's to pull from.

Any suggestions for what to search on capIQ/suggestions in general?

Thanks fam
