Ducera hires new head of M&A
Saw that Ducera recently poached the head of western region M&A and restructuring from Greenhill to run the firm's M&A practice out of San Francisco. Seems like Ducera is making a push to grow practice outside of restructuring. Thoughts, can they gain market share?
