Hi, I am a high school senior who's interested in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, etc.
These are the four schools I am considering applying early decision, and I was wondering which of these schools would be best for the fields listed above.

Not much difference between them. If you do well, every opportunity will be open to you. You might get a better undergrad experience by not going to Columbia. You'll have more fun in the city when you have an income.
Assuming you actually get into to all of these schools, I'd take Duke or Dartmouth. You want to go to a school with an actual campus and get that good college experience. The fraternity culture is huge at Dartmouth, so if you're not into getting hazed and chilling with your bros, don't go there. Brown is a joke Ivy. Columbia is nice, but you'll be working in the city after college, so it might be better to go somewhere else for UG.
Dartmouth hands down. Dartmouth D-plan and alumni network is ridiculous. Finance recruiting cannot possibly be easier at Dartmouth. Seriously
I'd say Columbia > Duke > Dartmouth >>> Brown. Why not Penn Wharton for ED?
Also, I think UChicago's early plan is non-restrictive and non-binding as well. Have you considered them?
I was pretty close with a guy from Dartmouth this summer, and I can assure you that you can't go wrong with Dartmouth. Of the Ivies, after Harvard and Penn, Dartmouth has the most people on Wall Street. If you're a good candidate from Columbia, Brown, or Duke, you'll still do very well, but if you want to maximize your shot to get a good job--especially if you want to go to a top group--you should go to Dartmouth.
The schools are all good enough that you should not worry about post-college job placement.
Make your decision based on academics, social life, culture, location, etc.
(Of the four, I'd go to Dartmouth in a heartbeat, and almost did back when I was looking at colleges.)
I would eliminate Brown. The others will set you up better. Can't go wrong with Dartmouth, Duke, or Columbia. Personally, I'd take Dartmouth or Duke.

Are the people who are eliminating Brown doing so because of the hippies there or for some other reason(s)? It's definitely a good school, although I couldn't comment on recruiting. They all basically seem the same to me, in terms of opportunities, academics, or name recognition. I would choose on other factors, but curious as to why people are saying no to Brown.
