EB Associate / VP 2022 Bonus Thread

The main thread always end up being a shit show. Would be great to have a collection of real data points to benchmark comp at EVR/ CVP/ PJT/ LAZ/ MCO/ PWP

Level (As2, VP1)

Base/ Bonus/ TC (2022)

% of bonus deferred

Location and group

Heard the numbers were good for mid / top for EVR associates. Around 100% of base depending on bucket.

No

Edit: Huh? Why would you be throwing MS just for me responding that these aren't top of street and don't beat the two banks you mentioned? Are you a triggered college kid or something? Perella paid more than the numbers being mentioned.

The people who got top were told not to share with anyone because of the wide bands. Can confirm that a2 top made ~$400k all in, ~$500k for a3 and ~$600k for a4.
