EB Associate / VP 2022 Bonus Thread
The main thread always end up being a shit show. Would be great to have a collection of real data points to benchmark comp at EVR/ CVP/ PJT/ LAZ/ MCO/ PWP
Level (As2, VP1)
Base/ Bonus/ TC (2022)
% of bonus deferred

Any EVR numbers?
EVR 1st year assoc stub numbers were strong, basically flat YoY
What would that be in dollars base / bonus / all in
Bump
Where did EVR shakeout
Bump. Any numbers? Must not be great if it's this quiet.

Heard the numbers were good for mid / top for EVR associates. Around 100% of base depending on bucket.
What did the bands look like? They’re typically pretty close right?
+/- 100% Evercore
For all associate levels? This is mid or top?
EVR - As4: 120-130% of base (top)
Wow EVR paying top of street again. What is AS base? This beats out CVP and PJT , no?
No
Edit: Huh? Why would you be throwing MS just for me responding that these aren't top of street and don't beat the two banks you mentioned? Are you a triggered college kid or something? Perella paid more than the numbers being mentioned.
Kinda doubt all these people actually work at EVR and/or are all top bucket since nobody can clearly say what they’re comped.
Just give a $ range or if you absolutely must only cite % of base, include what base is in the damn post
The people who got top were told not to share with anyone because of the wide bands. Can confirm that a2 top made ~$400k all in, ~$500k for a3 and ~$600k for a4.
What is base comp for Ass 1/2/3 at EVR? 200, 225, 250? Or is Ass1 still 185?
What is A4? Doesn't that just mean the person was getting promoted to VP at the end of the year anyway?
Bump any data points for PJT or CVP?
PJT:
Associate 1/$250k base / bottom bucket $110k bonus, mid bucket $130k bonus, top bucket $150k bonus
All stub years received $225k base and $65k bonus
Associate 1 - 3 $250k base, not sure what Associate 2/3 bonus numbers look like
Let me get this straight
PJT bottom bucket As1’s are getting a bonus that’s 2x that of BBs on a 250k base (vs 175k)??
