Energy financing - expenses in $/kW-dc? DC/AC ratio? MC/PIS?

I am learning about energy markets and financing and there are many terms I haven't seen before or understand how to interpret.

For example, my operating costs and construction costs are in $/kW-dc, but I've only seen $ before. My capacity is in DC and I have a DC/AC ratio. My thinking is to multiply the expenses by capacity and then convert to MW from there? Is there a way to convert DC to MW? "MC" and "PIS" appear to be tax equity terms, which I can't find an explanation online for. Thank you.
