Hello,
How would you balance the network and energy expertise McCombs/Jones has with the slight, and sometimes big, ranking/prestige/learning difference with schools like Darden, Fuqua, Johnson(Cornell), H/S/W/B/C if your ultimate goal is energy IB? I know McCombs and Jones are solid schools that are climbing.

Not a student, but every student that I've talked to across the T15 has said that Jones and McCombs are the best MBA programs to attend if your goal is 100% Oil and Gas Investment Banking, and it makes sense.
You will, quite literally, find alumni from these two programs at each bank/boutique in the city. I don't think you can say that for any other MBA program, even Harvard, Wharton, Booth, etc.
