Hey guys, I have a phone interview tomorrow with a boutique IB firm in Washington D.C. and was wondering if anyone heard of England & Co, worked there and/or could provide me with any advice on phone interviews? I have been reading their website and I am familiar with the guy who will be interviewing me but what should I expect and what are some good questions to ask or topics I should or should not discuss?

They're a solid group of people. Were expanding into the NYC market as of last year and moving a few Analysts there. Not too well known outside of DC, but an excellent place to get your feet wet in IB.
