Error Broadcasting Senior Analyst
Advice on how to deal with a self appointed team "auditor/error broadcaster"?
For context: I'm currently a junior working in a team of Senior MDs/ Senior Analyst (individual in question). The senior analyst is fairly new to the team and has self-appointed themselves the "error broadcaster/ team auditor" when it comes to my work. Instead of pointing out perceived errors (sometimes not an error) in person or directly, they chose to email me and include our team as if their agenda is to deter my credibility.
He sounds like an asshole
Maybe send shit directly to the senior without copying him?
