ESOP IB Associate or TA Senior Associate

Hi there,

I already have couple years of IB analyst experience and recently received two offers. One is an ESOP small boutique shop as an IB associate and a senior associate for transaction advisory at a small firm doing 95% buy-side QoE. I was wondering if anyone in PE or VC or Investment firm could tell me between these two which one is preferred to be hired? Thank you! My ultimate goal is to go into buy-side or VC or an investor role.
