I received an offer in Leveraged ESOPs at a regional bank (strong balance sheet). I have a basic idea of what the job is about but what are the exit opps like? Would I be pigeonholing myself into a very specific niche and would the skillset be transferrable to leveraged buyouts? I know this is pretty niche so hopefully somebody on these boards knows a little something about this
