Even possible to get back?

Hello, guys.

I'm in a bit difficult situation in life.

I had to quit my favourite city with great career options due to the illness of the family member right after the graduation from top Uni with Econ degree. Grades were no stellar, I was always stressed due to the fact that smth wasn't going well back home in the family. Still, completed the internships, got the offer for Research analyst posion, and had to quit.
Anyways, it was painful to leave. Still is.

I am now at nonsense consulting doing nonsense job, absolutely not meeting my potential, I'm getting demotivated, lazier, less focused.. I'm degrading slowly (or fast). In banking and in my city it'd never happen this way - I'd stay disciplined, focused and would simply had to work hard which's always much better than easy-peasy nonsense happening now.

Now, I'm dying to save myself, my potential, ready to extend the miles and put a lof of effort in order to get back into banking career path. But how?
I have no money for MBA, I have no offers from top multinationals atm, top tier consulting - forget, doors are shut also.

What would you suggest? I'm getting into panic because of my situation.

Thank you
