Evercore Menlo Park (M&A) vs. UBS NYC? SA 2021

Last second decision for a friend. She is from the east Coast but attends a west coast target, cant decide between the two.

Which has the best culture/experience, exit opportunities, prestige?

Evercore has better exits, prestige, and experience. Also, you don't know which group you will be placed for UBS. Even if you want to be on the East Coast, I'd argue you may have an easier time lateraling from EVR to a top NYC bank or even exit to NYC PE after the analyst stint. The top group(s) at UBS may give you the same opportunities, but especially at the SA level, go with the better firm.
