Exit opportunies for Latam Banking

Greetings. I'll be starting in the Latam investment banking group in NYC soon, I see my self staying in this group for 4 years max. Afterwards I know for sure I want to dedicate 2 years for MBA and after I am unsure. I am certain my calling is to utilize the skills and experience I'll cultivate in banking to allocate capital to marginalized and global south communities.  Cosnidering impact investing, maybe philanthropy, but I am unsure what other firms and paths are out there.

I'd like to those who were in Latam groups, what types of firms did you enter afterwards?

Why did you choose that route, and how were you able to use the Latam experience to your advantage?

And also what do you enjoy about the work you do now :^)
